Rum Truffles

It’s Lent and I’ve given up chocolate.  So far so good ( I had a bit of a blip with a mocha the other day, having had a moment of forgetfulness!), but by the time Easter Sunday rolls round, I know I shall be desperate to get stuck into my home made rum truffles, something I make regularly at Easter and Christmas time and as gifts for friends.
