A little bit about me
A self-confessed Thermomix fanatic, I’ve been an independent Advisor for Thermomix, based in the UK, for over 14 years (Advisor No. UKT234492) and I get a real kick out of showing people how to cook restaurant standard dishes, even if they think they can’t cook! I demonstrate to people in their own homes, or via Zoom and I also do demos to professional chefs, caterers and nutritionists. One of my most interesting demos was to the chefs of an Argentinian restaurant, in Spanish!
When you buy a Thermomix, you don’t just get the Thermomix, you also get me, to advise and guide you along your TM journey for as long or as little as you like! My customers become my friends.
A hybrid, half Spanish, half English, I love travelling and soaking up new cultures and experiences. I’m a mother and have a successful interior design business, but food is what gets me up in the morning, raring to go!
With a library of over 400 cookery books (yes, I know, I’m sad!), I often adapt recipes from my non Thermomix books, to prepare in my Thermomix and share with my customers.
